Measure your nails with sticky tape
Getting the right size is crucial for a comfortable and long-lasting fit. Follow our simple guide below to measure your nails accurately.
What you'll need
- A ruler (millimeters preferred)
- Pen/ Marker
- Tape
- Clean, bare nails
How to measure your nails
Step 1: Width measurement
- Apply sticky tape horizontally across the nail, ensuring it adheres smoothly and pressing it down to follow the natural curves.
- Use a pen to mark the side walls of the nail, which should be the widest part of your nail bed.
- Remove the tape and place it onto your ruler. Record the width of each nail in millimeters (mm).
Make sure your nails are bare when measuring. Repeat the process for each nail on both hands, as it's common for nails to be different sizes. For the best results, measure twice.
Step 2: Find your nail size
Find the nail size for each nail from the table below; choose the size that most closely matches your recorded measurements. If you are between sizes, it's recommended to go with the next size up.

Step 3: Find your press-on size
Choose the press-on size that most closely matches all your nail sizes

For example, measurements (from thumb to pinky) of 14.5mm, 10.8mm, 11.5mm, 10.4mm & 8.5mm correspond to nail sizes 2, 5.5, 5, 6 & 8. For the best fitting press-on nails, you would choose size Small when ordering.
